Description of duties and responsibilities of international Affairs 


- Carrying out matters related to inviting scientific and political personalities. inside and outside the country with the cooperation of relevant units.

- Preparing memorandums of scientific cooperation with foreign universities and membership in scientific and international forums.

- Planning for faculty members to use study opportunities inside and outside the country (both seminary and university scientific research centers), coordination with the vice president of research and technology, according to the approved criteria.

- Carrying out the necessary measures for the participation of university faculty members in internal and external congresses, conferences and seminars with the cooperation of relevant units.

- Communicating with other domestic and foreign universities and higher education centers in order to collect the required scientific research information and also to attract their cooperation in educational and research fields.- Carrying out the necessary investigations in order to attract the cooperation of Iranian scientific personalities living abroad.

- Arranging the programs of seminars, congresses, symposiums and international scientific and research conferences in cooperation with other units and faculties, as well as proposing the necessary credits to the relevant officials.

- Dealing with matters related to foreign professors and researchers in the university.

- Carrying out matters related to scholarships, study opportunities and scientific trips and supervising their academic affairs in cooperation with the relevant vice-chancellors of the university.

- Distribution and allocation of scholarships awarded to faculty members and distinguished graduates with the cooperation of the relevant vice-chancellors of the university.

- Providing the conditions for recruiting foreign students for different levels of education in cooperation with educational groups.- Participation in efforts to establish the connection of the university's scientific associations and boards with international scientific assemblies and foreign scientists in cooperation with other relevant units of the university and the scientific and international cooperation unit of the Ministry of Science, Research and Technology.
