Possibility of Deleting a Theoretical Course Title During the Exam Session

According to the resolution of the university’s Educational Council meeting on 09/20/1402, students enrolled in associate and bachelor's degree programs will be allowed to remove their absence from the final exam session of one theoretical course without submitting a medical certificate, provided that they still have at least 12 remaining credits after dropping the course.

If this requirement is not met, the removal will not be applicable, and the student will receive a zero score for the course.

The implementation of this removal will be carried out by the Education Office, based on the absence report recorded in the exam session minutes, while ensuring compliance with the maximum credit limit for the student’s semester.
